As a bussiness, we want our customers to be completley satisfied with not only their building, but the process. So we thought we'd answer a few of the most asked questions!

Questions & Answers...

What is the current lead time?

Our lead times is changing every day! Please get in touch to find out when we're currently taking bookings for. We always recommend our customers to book sooner rather than later - by doing this you are locking in TODAYS PRICES & any offers (FREE TYVEK WITHIN 7 DAYS).

Are your buildings suitable for offices?

Our summerhouses are made to be offices, home-gyms, bars, annex's & much more. Most of our customers either live or work from their summerhouse!

Do you use UPVC windows and doors?

Our windows and doors ARE NOT UPVC. They are double-glazed, powder-coated aluminium & are house spec. They are durable & will last a lifetime.

What thickness is your timber?

Our standard T&G Shiplap is 22mm profile to 19mm. It's a Swedish Red Wood & has been pressure-treated. 

What is the specs for your buildings?

All of our buildings are within planning regulations so planning permission is not required. All spec can be found on our spec page. :)

Do you have any reviews?

Yes! We have lots of reviews from our happy customers! Please note; we do not have a TripAdvisor. Another company has a similar name. Look at our reviews here!

Do you offer finance or other payment options?

We do not offer finance, our policy is a £500 deposit 
(via bank transfer) to secure the building & the date. The balance is due on the day of delivery via bank transfer or cash, this is before the building comes off the truck :)

How long does the building take to erect?

A building on its own normally takes 3-4 hours to erect. If you're having a base as well, it will usually be completed over two days. If you'd like to see our process; see here.

What time can I expect the fitters?

Usually they'll arrive between 9-10, traffic dependent.

Do you have a show site I can visit?

We don't currently have a show site, however we have a factory in Herefordshire that we are more than happy to accommodate a visit to. Please get in touch if this is something you'd like to do.
